Front End Suspension Rebuild...
Does anyone know what parts I need to be replacing if I am going to completely rebuild the front suspension. I want to make sure I get it all done at once.

Lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, adjusting sleeves, idler arm, center link, control arm bushings, sway bar if you want a bigger one, sway bar bushings, end links, struts and springs. I think thats it, maybe a pitman arm.
Oh yeah, might as well get new wheel bearings too while you're at it.

Since all that will be apart, even though it's not really a "rebuild", you might want to get new front struts. Hm, would new front springs be considered part of a front suspension rebuild?

Go with polygraphite for the bushings. Stock rubber is too soft, and regular polyurethane can squeak.

88 IROC with cobbled together (not by me)drivetrain, 86 (?) TPI unit,CE subframe connectors, Edelbrock strut tower brace, polygraphite bushings all around...it handles like a dream, but man is it hard to push!!

Both JEGS and Summit carry ES bushings and have reasonable prices. Call them with any questions. As far as shocks/struts, tirerack.com has the cheapest price I've seen on KYBs. Look around for someone getting rid of IROC or WS6 sway bars and pick 'em up, that ought to do the trick.

It depends on what you're after; GM parts would be better for a softer, smoother ride. Aftermarket parts (poly, performance struts, etc) will make your car handle much better, but ride harder.
