Weld in SFCs

OK, you guys are starting to get to me with the "bolt hole elongation" thing on bolt in subframe connectors. My car was like an overcooked noodle til I got the SFCs and strut tower brace. Now I wanna weld 'em in.
My question... Is welding hazardous to the computer? That's an awful lot of voltage and they tell you to ground yourself to avoid static when handling the comp.

88 IROC with cobbled together (not by me)drivetrain, 86 (?) TPI unit,CE subframe connectors, Edelbrock strut tower brace, polygraphite bushings all around...it handles like a dream, but man is it hard to push!!

you shouldn't have any problems from welding, if you want to be safe unplug it, unhook the battery too if you want

Always disconnect the battery before doing any welding, it can, and will fry electronics if you don't.
