I need struts up front because my car bounces all over the place. I am looking for some opinions on cheap but good struts. I saw KYB's in the summit catalog for 50 a piece are these any good. Also how would i know if my ball joints were bad besides jacking the car up and taking the weight off them. I was wondering if anyone knows how worn ones feel. Thanks in advance.

KYBs have a good rep here on the board. my advice is to do a search on them and read what turns up, probably more info than you need. not to downplay summit (they're great!), tirerack has the best price i've seen on a set of KYBs so look around and good luck.

 

Thanks for tellin me about tirerack i would have never guessed they would have suspension components.
