Depending on the cash flow...
In order:

1. KYB shox and struts
2. MOOG, or Ground Zero springs.... (this is depending on how it sits.... level or not?)
3. Sub frame connectors (weld on only... these connect the two sub-frames of the car.. makes it a whole lot stiffer...)
4. A 3 point strut tower brace.. (lots of manufacturers out there)

That is a pretty decent start...

When i installed all my stuff this is the order i liked

1) sub frame connectors.
2) 1LE sway bars, and new endlinks, and poly bushings
3) shocks, springs
4) panhard rod
5) strut tower brace
6) the Generals own "Wonder Bar"

i say replace all bushings with polyurethane ones first.....then buy LCA's and torque arm....then panhard rod....then strut tower brace....then springs.....then subframe connectors.......everything but the subframe connectors and the springs should be at or below 200 bucks each.......happy modding!
