i recently did a brake job, and after my brakes seemed to be real ****ty, we i bled the hell outta them, nothing, well the other day, i jacked up my rear end and looked at the brake lines, they looked pretty rusty, and there was some fluid (dont know if it was brake fluid or something else) on the under side of the car, and it looked like there was a plastic coating on there that had rotted off, would this be my problem, would it be worth it to replace em?
