How much do these help?

Shocks. How much would that help? Best brand? And would it make the ride less abusive? BTW, could we sue GM? The F-body is so rough that I chipped my tooth when I went over a set of railroad tracks. j/k

How on *** 's green earth can you not like the ride of a 3rd gen Camaro? If you still have the stock struts and shocks it won't get any softer.
I installed a complete set of KYB's about 4 months ago and should be getting my new Bilsteins today. The KYB's made it stiffer but not stiff enough.
You sound like a Ford kind a guy. I guess true performance is something you don't look for in a car. Try a Mustang!!
