Poly Brushings
they are harder and give less. they donot alow for asmutch flex as regular rubber. they will make everything feel tighter.

The poly doesn't deflect like the stock rubber , so it acts like more of a solid pivot point, less likely to twist around.
This allows the suspension to move at the points it was designed to pivot at, instead of just compressing (or binding) in rubber.
The Delrin and aluminum bushings I'm using are even less likely to deflect or bind than the poly, but they are a little noisier.

Poly bushings are supposed to last longer than rubber bushings. I've taken out end link bushings that were so brittle that pieces had already fallen off. Poly bushings aren't susceptible to deterioration from salt(air, road), oil, grease, etc(at least that's what I have read).
I've personally have had swaybar bushings, end links, and lower control arm bushings replaced with poly bushings, and I did notice an improvement in steering feel. The downside to poly bushings is that they tend to squeek if not lubricated. But for me, that is a small trade-off for the performance you gain.
