ya its called the 1LE upgrade. There were a very limited number of f-bodies with Covette front brakes. The option code was 1LE, search for that.

I know of the 1LE, I was wondering if you bought a set of 12in front brakes from a vette, how bad would the conversion be?

The Corvette uses a different front end design and none of the parts are interchangable. You could do some fabricating and figure out a way to do it, but GM engineers already figured out how to put a Corvette caliper and a Caprice rotor onto the thirdgen, and made it part of the 1LE package.
