Would it be worth it to put 1986 IROC sway bars on my 1992 RS? Aren't the fronts the same size(34mm)?

Some Camaros, 89-92; and some Firebirds, 86-92, came with hollow 36 mm front and solid 24 mm rears. If you wish to swap, locate these bars (along with poly endlinks and higher durometer or poly bushings, you'll be pleased).

I personally went from 30mm front & 18mm rear on my 1991 Firebird to 36mm front and 24mm rear from a 1990 Formula WS6 with polyurethane bushings & endlinks. The car was already stiffer due to subframe connectors & a GM wonderbar, but the difference was very apparent. Corners are much less challenging . I would recommend the larger sway bars & polyurethane to any RS or Firebird owner.

Clint

P.S. if you do not have subframe connectors already, get them. My 1991 Firebird feels much more stable than my girlfriends 1991 Trans Am WS6.
