86 iroc alignment

i have an 86 iroc andjust had it aligned.
i told them -.5 camber both sides
and 5* left and 5.5* right caster
they told me the most caster they could get out of it was 3.2* left and 3.8* right
they did get-.5 camber

does this caster sound right?

i thought 86 irocs came with 5* caster

after they finished the car seems to wander a bit

specs are as follows:

camber 0.50 +/- 0.50
caster 3 +/- 1
total toe 0.30 +/- 0.20

all in degrees

can you get more? possibly. may need to take the top off and elongate the holes more. but, to answer your question, yes it sounds right. i run an alignment shop and mine is 2.74 left and 3.11 right. your wander might be toe. what is it set at?

wander could be play in the steering box or tie rod starting to go bad and they didn't catch it.

If its the steering box, then that can be adjusted correct?

yes the gearbox can be tightened by loosening the jamnut on top of the box and turning the center screw clockwise one turn with an allen wrench. then tighten the jamnut.
