well .. basically the master cylinder provides pressure .. the pro valve regulates it .. the calipers respond to the pressure .. if your wheels don't lock ..then the pressure isn't getting there ..or.. it's getting there and the caliper is not repsonding to it ... with the facts you state and I *** -u-me you know how to properly perform all the work .. i'd say the pro valve is junk .. when you bleed the brakes , does the fluid SPRAY out of the fitting ..or just droooool out ??? if it sprays out like it should .. I'd say the calipers are locked or not adjusted ... if you can't even lock the ebrake .. and again *** -u-me-ing you have all the right parts and they are installed correctly ... then they ARE out of adjustment ....

Hey guys; with your cars off, if you pump the brake pedal to the floor 8 or 9 times, and then pop the m/c reservoir cap- do you have a ton of small air bubbles in the reservoir closest to the firewall? I've bled the hell out of my brake system (the 84-88 one), and find no air in the lines- but I get those tiny bubbles after pumping the brakes. It makes me wonder if I'm missing a pocket of air somewhere... it'd be good to know if other cars do it.

TomP ... top off your fluid ..ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP .. and put the lid back on .. fluid should spill over if you do this right ... then try your trick .... if you try your trick with the lid off .. fluid WILL spray all over !! ... that's why you get bubbles .. the fluid is moving like mad ..with a little air in the MC you'll get a mix with air ...

you MUST have a parking brake cable! you can bleed 10 gallons threw it and nothing will happen, convert over to the disc brake e-brake cables and you will be fine, also you need the proportioning valve off a 4WD disc car for the brakes to work right,
