kiztope, hey glad to see some one from around the area, I live south of houston. anyway, Im the same way as you, I'm really thinking about getting those but I dont know what other people think of them. Ive heard that adjustable shocks and struts like that tend to leak and not last as long as non-adjustable ones, but that may have been Koni talking about that, so I dont know. I'll pass along any information I find if you'll do the same

I got it toward late august, or early september.... cant really put my finger on the date...

That is the one! He sold it to get a sport bike; he said that his wife wouldn't let him keep them both. The guy that I bought it from was named Beau....

Sweet car, 'eh? Im getting pics developed today, so by next week I should have some pics up on my site...

By the way, is your car an auto or 5-spd?

d*mn you! no just kidding, yeah it was a good car, too bad I already had mine or that would have been the one to get. yeah thats about the time that I stopped seeing it. mines a T-5 that is about to be rebuilt. clipping gears when racing kinda sucks, and its getting worse, but it'll all be over soon enough. if I could get my hands on a cheap T-56 I would swap that in over Christmas instead of rebuilding mine, but I havent had any luck yet.

I love the 'bird. It does need a few things here and there, but I am working on it. I was surprised to have found it considering that there were only 1013 formulas made in 92, and waaaaay less L98 cars. I went to look at it, and bought it 2 hours later...
Spent the rest of the night detailing it and getting into 2 races on 6 (after highway 90) That was crazy...

The t-5 in the RS is a WC, correct?... I do know that they were in all the Z's in 91-92
How has it handled the LT-1? How long have you had it in there?

A t-56 would be ideal. Too bad all the yards around houston seem to suck. I have yet to find a good one. You?

I dont know if its an WC or not, but yeah I agree, all the yard around here suck, except the one I got the LT1 from, Houston Auto Recyclers, I think is the name. the t-5 has actually held up pretty well through all the stuff Ive put it through. I race alot, plus I autocross it in Hitch****, but its held up well. the 5th gear synchro was already going out when I got the car so this has only made it worse, but the first to second one has started going out too, so Im just going to tear it down and see what needs to be fixed

oh yeah, we put the engine in last september
