S10 Steering box.
I searched and found some info but have a few questions.
I know I need the 84+ year S10 box with the 4 bolt cover, and the F-body pitmin arm.
I'm be using my stock steering wheel and my car is a V6, I have 245/50 tires upfront.
I have to park on the street and parallel park everyday, how tough will it be steering? The only other manual steering car is a Fiero, and the takes a little muscle to turn lock-to-lock.
Also will the front sway bind with the steering? Every thread I've found were with people running without a front sway bar.

i dont believe the actual turning of the wheel will be more difficult, you just have to turn it more.
the sway bar has no affect on the steering. Most people do this mod on drag cars to reduce weight, and they dont use front bars.

Thats what I figured, I was reading though a couple threads and some people said that the mounts of the sway bar interfered with the box.

Re: S10 Steering box.
yep, not that hard to turn, just turing it a lot more. you do have to cut the swaybar mount a little, but it only takes a minute with a grinder and its pretty obvious where it needs to be cut when you try and put the steering box in place.
