i bought a 1979 pontiac grand prix.the steering is messed up.it tracks straight down the road,i know this because my buddy followed me home when i bought the car.it doesnt pull to either side.the problem is when u turn,you can straightn the tires out and make 2 complete left turns on the wheel.straightn the tires back out n will only turn 1 full revolution at the steering wheel.u can tell by the tires that is turns sharper to the left then the right.ive checkd all the sterring component measurments there all the same,i took the pittman arm off to c if i could get any adjustment,but no luck there and even tried to get adjustment out of the nut on top of the steering box but nothing.im all out of ideas and need some fresh ones!
