4th gen rack & pinion

Car: 91 RS, 93 k1500
Engine: 350
Transmission: T5, NV3500
Axle/Gears: stock
4th gen rack & pinion
does anyone know if a 4th gen rack & pinion will work in a 3rd gen? i know that it will not be a direct bolt in obviously im just wondering about width, if the tie rod ends will fit in the spindles, and if the steering shaft will work. if anyone can help me out please let me know
