why is this set so cost effective compared to everything else im finding?

to me, these look like the only ones that seem pretty straight-forward to weld in, and fit up against the ends of the two sets of frame rails.

The design of them is more straight forward than others.
My Spohn rectangle ones (old old design) are kind of like that but they are contoured and clearanced more for the exhaust and included SFC to transmission tunnel braces.
Those CE ones don't have any type of coating either and it doesn't state how thick of steel they used.

that picture on summits site is just for reference, they look more like 1st gen SFC's.
i believe those ones also require you to cut the floor to install. the "direct fit" ones are over 200 bux
