Heat Shields
Hey All,
There are a few heat shields for the gas tank and filler neck, catalytic converter and so on.
My question is what is the necessity of these shields and can they be done without, most of mine are rusted beyond use.
Thanks
Paul

Re: Heat Shields
they shield the car from heat.....
they are all needed, leave them, replace them, or make new ones, but they have to be there or you will cook the floor and the fuel tank.
