HELP please! Not sure what is causing knock

Car: 1992 Chevy Camaro RS

Engine: 305 TBI 5.0L

HELP please! Not sure what is causing knock

So, I was driving the other day in my 92 camaro rs, and decided, hey it would be fun to do a dougnut. everything went fine until I drove about a mile away. That is when I started to notice a loud banging noise that occurs everytime I make a right turn. The noise is coming from my front passengerside wheel. The bang is loud enough (or forceful enough) to be felt through the floor and heard at highway speeds with the radio blasting. When the bang occurs, it happens only once each time that I turn right. It feels and sounds almost like the weight is settling strangley on the tire. I have since driven roughly 120 miles with no issue other than the handling seems less stable at low speeds and the all to frequent bang is making me nervous. This car is my everyday driver so any advice will be greatly appreciated. I have about a 5 day period over christmas to straight things out. Please help if you have even a slight guess! Thanks!

Jack up the front and look for anything obvious. My guess would be a broken.sway bar end link. If you can see anything, with the car in the air and supported by jackstands, grab a wheel and shake it, see if it moves more than it should or if you hear a noise.

All else fails, take some .pics of.the. front suspension, both sides and post them. Maybe we can see something wrong.
