ws6 stock suspension mods???

Engine: 1995 9C1 LT1 police pak XE cam
Transmission: t-5 borg warner

My car is sitting on stock ws6 springs with rear drag shocks, but the front is higher than the rear...what would be a good cheap solution? i saw this article. can i buy this conversion kit alone and use stock mounting plate?...i am not a road race style driver...just cruising around and see 1/4mile often.
i would prefer not touching the rear to keep a good angle on driveshaft joints, good tires clearance(diff is centered) but my front ball joints are shutt and i will need to disasemble so give me options.

what do you want to do? just lower the front?

the part i am interested in the article is sanding the stock front strut and install the ajustable sleeve and nut with a coil over conversion. I want to keep the stock top plate if possible. I wan to eliminate front rake and keep a good traction at the track...i dont want to invest in a ajustable panhard par to center the diff. Shim transmission, install LCA relocator bracket and ajustable LCA to do it right...i just want my car to look FLAT equal front and rear and keep the best traction. i know a slammed vehicule runs terrible.
