ok, i started to read on coilover kits for front,and it scared me,people say i wont be able to fit wide tires up front,,i have c6 vette replicas,18x9.5 ...with the spacers they would be 5.5 backspace,,wich is pretty much the max you can go on our cars,,,would coilover make it impossible to fit? if so im stuck with this kit that cost me 820 $!

 

You can go much higher on backspace on these cars. With an 18" wheel and stock brakes you can run 6" BS.

Either way with the coilovers 5.5" BS is probably to much.

If I were you I would sell the coilovers to a drag racer and get yourself a weight jack setup.

 

Just curious, but what coil over kit did you end up getting?
