rusty strut tower and wheel hop w/pics
experiencing a wheel hop or bottoming out feeling on the right front side. have not driven car much last year or so but it feels abnormal and not something i can trace to wore or loose suspension. car has subframe connectors, tubuar k member & A arms, umi camber plates, umi strut brace, wonder bar, lowering spring, new struts. so it's super stiff, now question is would rusty towers flex causing my problem, it's the only explanation i can think of. pics

now i i've seen worse but it that rust bad enough??

If they are thin then yes. It may be strong where it's bolted into the brace but that pressure will move to the next weakest point. Also is that a hole off to the right where rust has eaten through? But the rust You are talking about appears to be surface and not that bad.

Yea i know rust isn't that but thats why im confused. the hole is not rust, the bracket is just not centered. heres another rust pic across the firewall, this one is worse, but i figured the subframes would prevent flex and make this rust a non issue.
