Founders Performance Camber Plates for QA1 Struts
Founders Performance Camber Plates for QA1 Struts
For those of you who are using QA1 Coil-Over Struts we have just released our camber plates for your application. Due to the additional parts required the price is $184.20 and comes with the proper sized bearing and assortment of Coil-Over spacers to allow you to get your upper spring hat as close to the camber plate as possible for increased suspension travel.

Re: Founders Performance Camber Plates for QA1 Struts
So if I'm understanding this correctly, this offers even more strut travel than your standard camber plates? How much so? Any pictures of the aforementioned spacers? Do they install between the camber plate and strut tower?
Re: Founders Performance Camber Plates for QA1 Struts
The QA1 struts use a different size shaft diameter and length. The assortment of spacers go on the strut shaft itself and allow you to get the upper spring hat as close to the camber plate as possible for more spring travel before coil-bind. The main portion of the plates are the same.
Re: Founders Performance Camber Plates for QA1 Struts
what the hell!!! about a week before this i purchased a set of your camber plates for my qa1 obviously they didnt fit so i called you guys for support and no one told me you were releasing a set specifically for the qa1. i had to purchase spacers from you , THEN the insert for the bearing/shock shaft you sent me still had play in it.
did you guys develop this based on our conversations and the pic i sent you?

also,if you guys did develop this based on the conversations you had with me,the bearing still has play on the shaft. It is not a tight fit at all when compared to the fit the original shim/bearing insert had on stock struts.
