Bolt Sizes
Anyone have any idea as to what the bolt size and pitch is used to attack the passenger side fender brace? My parts book and service book don't show it.

Re: Bolt Sizes
The one at the fender end was a sheet-metal screw (fairly coarse at that) that screwed directly into the brace itself. It has a 10mm head so I'm sure it was a 6mm thread. That was all stupid and the threads failed about the 3rd time I ever took it apart so I drilled the hole out and went to a hex head cap screw, exactly like a fender bolt, with the same style Tinnerman clip. (also 6mm)
The one at the firewall was a stud that clipped into the hole, which if memory serves isn't round. Again, very stupid, non-robust, put it together only once, one-way design. I did the same thing there, with a Tinnerman clip and a body screw.
