Loud creaking getting on my nerves!!!!

I gotta '89 Formula with WS6. The left side has developed a creaking noise. It can do it while turning the steering wheel whether in motion or sitting still. Going slow, like in a parking lot. Over bumps or anything. I'm gonna replace the steering column anyways, but I dont think its going to solve the noise. Everything has been lubed and sprayed and it has new shocks and struts on the car along with a sway bar. If it didnt have a grease fitting, I sprayed silicone everywhere else. I'm about ready to take it to a shop. The springs haven't been replaced nor the spring mounts. Also, new wheel bearing have been put on. WTH? Tie rods? Knuckles? I'm at a loss and about to get hooked on xanax soon with this problem!!!!

just a rookie at the Gen3 stuff but I would question the unibody. To me front suspension stiffening and overall frame support is required.
