Air Shock problem solved
I installed P275/60R15, 107S B. F. Goodrich tires on the rear of my 91 firebird formula. The tires are bigger than stock and sometimes make contact with the fenders when I go over a bump, so I installed Monroe Air Shocks to correct the contact problem. That worked great for a long time, but the air shocks or the tubing that connects to the shocks began to leak air. I replaced the tubing with a new kit, but that did not solve the problem. Now I had to decide if I should replace the air shocks or install different springs. I had a pressurized can of "fix a flat", so with nothing to lose, I filled the air tube connected to the air shocks with the contents of the "fix a flat" and then injected 65psi of air. Three months later and no loss of air. Wherever the leak was it is sealed now. Air shocks are going to leak sooner or later, so "fix a flat" may be a solution.
