moog 5662 spec's
I just purchased a set of moog 5662's for the front of my 87 z28. After searching it seems that others have found these to be taller than their stock springs. Mine appear to be about an inch shorter at about 13 inches tall. Since I got these off ebay, I want to make sure I got the right part since the springs aren't stamped with a part number or anything.

Re: moog 5662 spec's
I went with the 5664 MOOG springs to replace the stock springs. The 5664s were shorter but the car sat at least 1" higher, maybe 2". I cut off 1/2 of a coil and it looked stockish height, so I cut another 1/2 coil and it looks better, but doesn't really look like a "lowered" thirdgen. Anyway, the coils on the new 5662 you have should be thicker than the old coils.
