I was able to get the track bar bolts freed up but not the track bar brace. Is the brace needed? If so, when I cut the bolt I damaged the brace and am unable to get the seized bolt out. Does anyone know where I can get a new one?
Yes,
yes, junkyard.
Why were you taking it off?
The panhard bar puts a lot of load on that area, the brace transfers some of the load and keeps the rear end nice and square and eliminates flex. The "wonder bar" does the same thing up front with the steering box, which puts a lot of stress on the front frame rail. You will want to pick one of those up too if you haven't already. Third gens need all the bracing they can get.

Yes, you want it, and yes, why were you removing it? Dropoping the fuel tank?
I might have a good stock one if you need it, will have to check, hauled off a lot of scrap the other day.

I do need one that would be great. Let me know if you find it! And you are right, I'm in the middle of dropping the fuel tank.

Mine got tossed out already.
Replaced it with a founders relocater.
