What the heck it this knocking sound? (video)
I have no idea what this is. It happens when I'm slowly turning and I can feel the whole car shatter. Its definitely coming from the back. No suspension parts are loose, some are old some are new none are in bad shape visibly. Diff fluid is fine if that means anything. U joints are all new. Anyone have a clue what it could be?

Your panhard bushings are flexing just enough that your rearend is moving over slightly as you turn one way. Your rear u-joint is coming into contact with your exhaust pipe
My guess is its only making the noise when you turn sharp right

yesss that makes so much sense. Ive been cutting my springs in increments to get the right height while still using the stock panhard bar. I'll just have to get an adjustable. thanks a ton!

got my new adjustable panhard bar from summit and centered my diff today. Noise is gone! I think the exhaust was hitting the top of the diff because there was a lot of scrapes on the pipe up there. Thank you very much its so much better

That is what the forums here are for. People helping people. It was nice of you to come back in and summarize the solution in post. You are welcome... and thank you also.
