Problem fitting stock k-member
After removing the k-member and modifying it to clear a f-body LS1 oil pan I'm having some trouble. I got the front holes to match up with little issue but the back two (ones that use the small bolts) are out about 1/2" on each side.
The car has sat pretty much stripped on jack stands for two months, subframe connectors were installed prior starting the swap.
Is there a chance the chassis has separated? Maybe the k-member warped a bit when it was welded? Am I okay to just open the holes up a bit on the k-member so I'm able to get the bolts in, or what is the best alternative.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Problem fitting stock k-member
K-member bolt holes are just tapped floating plates sitting inside the front framerails
If you can get 4/6 in, then the last two are just out of alignment some. Leave all the bolts loose and use a screwdriver to slide the rear plates into alignment before threading the bolt in
