LS1 rear springs on a thirdgen?

Hi all, I have a line on a FREE set of unused rear Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs from and LS1 car #3870.002. I am wondering how they would work on my 91 formula(if at all), and also, if they do work, where can I get a set of front springs only?

Thanks

Rears will work. Fronts will not.

Parts store. Moog 5662 or 5664 are the most popular ones.

Sorry, I meant a set of Eibach front lowering springs. That way I have a matched set.

I'd suggest putting the rears on and see where that ends up, before getting all wound up about "lower".

You can order the fronts only from Eibach. They will cost as much for just the fronts as getting a complete set does. I've checked before on this exact question when I had a set of rears available but not the fronts.

My $.02- I tend to run the fronts and cut stock rears to match the height (the rear eibach springs are progressive wound which I feel is a compromise), so I always seem to have a set of rears sitting around... I wouldn't waste my time.
