looking at new springs
im considering getting new springs, and wondered if these are any good?

You may need more then just springs you may need bump steer outer tie rod ends and rear lower control arm relocation brackets Im not a suspension guy so Im just going by what Ive read I am also lowering my car and would like to know for sure too

You can get by without them, but to get back to the correct suspension geometry they are recommended.

yes that's what I want to do, I pretty much want to do a front suspension rebuild, so ill add that to the list. I really need to read up on what involved in lowering my car the right way.
