Im stripping an 84 camaro that has been sitting since 93. The guy that built it died and his wife decided to scrap it and I made a deal with the scrapper to get the parts I want from it. The story is that it was built to be a drag car back in the mid 80's. Dash shows 1,700 miles. It has a built 327/th350 combo and aftermarket suspension. Only issue is, im unsure of what the suspension is.

Everything is red. I found a tag on the springs that reads "806102 made in canada" and the sway bars are like nothing ive seen before. They have square ends with no bolt holes and use a clamp and turnbuckle style adjustable sway bar link with a bracket that mounts to the lower control arm with a built in bump stop.

Anyone have an idea who makes these parts?

 

That sounds like Rancho sway bars. Do you have pictures? (Use the advanced editor to upload)

 

Good possibility. It has rancho shocks in it. Thanks! I didnt even think about them, It looks like they dont offer sway bars for camaros anymore. Do you know if they are any good?
