Bought some used 16" wheel A arms
Like the title says, I went on Ebay and picked up both left and right A arms from a 16" wheel equiped F body. They look decent and bought them from appears to be a decent seller. When they get here, going to have the bushings and other items removed, blast the arms, primer them, and throw some rust preventing black paint. And of course, check the overall condition of the items.
Hopefully, no more rubbing with my R15 wheels since these have the different stops on them compared to my 14" wheel A arms. If this solves the inner fender rubbing, then I was mis informed that spacers would have solved the problem which they havn't.

Since the only difference in the arm is the length of the steering stop, why not just weld extensions on the steering stops you already have to stop the wheel from rubbing? Seems a simpler solution that swapping the entire a arm.

Well there isn't anyone that I can trust with the welding in the exact spot. I am going to be throwing on new spindles for the 1LE brakes and pretty much doing a new front end steering kit.

Have not posted since I got the A arms. They both arrived dirty which was what I expected. But one did come with the sway bar mounting hole not perfectly round but more of a slight oval. Would this affect handling in any way?

For those who may be unaware of a-arm differences:

The egging of the link hole is common as I mention in the link.
