Help me with intermediate shaft

So my intermediate has a very noticeable amount of slop in it (it shakes the whole car if I try and drive it). What is the best route to go about replacing this? I have heard that there are Jeep ones that are actually an upgrade from what comes stock, can anyone confirm/tell me what to look for?
