Wanting to lower my 84 coupe

I would like to lower my 84 coupe. Has anyone tried these springs?

And....do you have to alter anything else when using lower springs? Just getting ready to put it in the garage for winter and get stuff done.

keep in mind that your stock springs might be sagged to the point that you might wind up at the same ride height (or higher) with those springs as the ones that you replace..

I didnt think of that. The last person put some type of spacers on the front springs to make them stiffer I guess. He said it was leaning on bends and bottoming out.
Also it was a factory V6. Now there is a V8 in it. I am wondering if they left the V6 springs in it. They look older. I dont know how to tell. But I would imagine the V8 is heavier.

When I did my V8 swap, the V6 springs didn't make a difference. It rode at the same ride height.

Depending on how far you go, you may want a adjustable pan hard rod. I don't have one and I've lowered my car probably about 3" in the rear and probably 3/5 - 4" in the front. But I'd for sure get some lower control arm relocation brackets.
