squeeking when cornering sharply
squeeking when cornering sharply
Im pretty sure it is a suspension problem. My suspension is all stock with exception to kyb struts and shocks, stock size tires. I've been reading about how my 87 iroc should handle better than a later model camaro, but when I turn around at the end of my street I get a squeeking sound and it feels like I've reached the end of my turning capability. On my brothers 2000z28 I don't get this. So what could the squeeking be? Is it possible that something is rubbing that I can replace with a better aftermarket part? Thanks for any info.

It sounds like the power steering pump has reaced its bypass stage. And the belt that runs it is slipping. Replace the power steering belt and see if it goes away.
