Loud grinding/creeking noise from front with wheel turned?

I just got my 1991 Camaro driving after a bunch of work I've done to it. Something I noticed when I was backing into my street is there is a grinding a noise coming from the front left wheel area.

I presumed it was the bearings sense it seemed to only occur with my wheels turned to the right,so I replaced all my front bearings, races, dust covers, washers, seals, and cotter pins. I completely packed them and applied grease in the cavity, spindle, filled the dust cover half full of grease, and greased the seal. I set the preload properly by getting the nut on as far as possible while keeping it loose.

This seems to not have fixed this grinding noise. At first it only happened while I turned to the right, but yesterday while turning left in a parking lot I could hear it a little bit. It almost always happens while I turn as I back out of my driveway (wheel turned to the right.) One thing I'm considering is when I turn to back out its cause the car is on an uneven level. My driveway is extremely slanted,so maybe the frame is flexing during that uneven point in the turn. I'm not really sure. Have you guys had any similar issues?

Could as simple as the tire rubbing somewhere.. Look for rub spots in the wheel well.. Turn tire all the way to see where is might rub ect..

You could pop the caps off of the strut towers and make sure the nut is tight/torqued properly.
