Iroc sagging

My Camaro is sagging on the drivers side by about 3/4 of an inch. Some of the springs were worn so we replaced them all with no improvement. I was going to replace the worn out rear isolators with ones from ecklers (Rick's camaro's) but they don't have a notch for the spring. Has anyone ever used these.
