Road Drivability Problems

I have found it difficult to drive my 89 Formula down the road without the front tires "tracking" left to right with the road conditions. I have the factory aluminum tires and wheels on the car, but it is difficult to keep the car going straight. Is it normal to struggle with these cars this much? Does it pertain to the larger tire size possibly, or is there a need to change a suspension part? The car is a 1989, but has only 30,000 miles on it. Could parts be wearing just from little use on the road?

Any help would be appreciated. Also, I will be installing LCAs, panhard rod and strut tower brace from Spohn this winter. Will this help?

Some roads have ruts or large crowns and the car will want to follow it, the wide tires seem to increase this effect. My IROC will do the same thing, a nature of the beast.
