yea thats what i thought. but one sleeve is the same as stock and the other is longer but not by a whole lot. might just cut the sleeve to make them the same size. will it really matter if they are different sizes? another question, i have the 36mm front swaybar and the new bushing mounts dont have offset holes so the bushing sits slightly crooked to the swaybar. is that going to be a problem

Re: sway bar endlink length

It works best of bar is level. How important it is depends on how hard you "play" if you find roundabouts and freeway on ramps fun then make sure the bar is level...

The exact length isn't all that critical. Correct for these cars, if memory serves, is around 2¼ - 2½". But as long as the bar is about centered in its travel, it's fine.

I think i got the fronts on. i used the longer ones in the front because it seemed to get the eyes on the swaybar to sit level. ill take a picture tomorrow. i have the shorter ones that im gonna try to use for the rear. they are the same size as the ones on the rear now but they dont looks correct.

Re: sway bar endlink length

There are usually a few different lengths available for each platform of vehicle for variances that occur because of the geometry of the car.

We used to include long end links in our A-Body front sway kits that most customers would trim down to fit, after much complaining we shortened the end links up that came in the kit. With the shorter links we will every now and then have a customer that will need a longer end link in order to make the sway bar clear components because of a fitment issue pertaining to the cars particular geometry.

As stated above the correct length isn't all that critical as long as the sway bar fits with no clearance issues.
