When i hit a bump or when driving every now and then i hear what i think is my right tire sounding like its loose or something. i dont know if there is a bushing or joint that needs replaced or what. I know absoutly nothing about suspension. Please help.

probably the ball joint.

Or sway bar end link is broke or worn out.

you might want to check the bolts holding the strut on..
mine made noise like that & when i checked it, the strut was loose, a good tighten with a pipe & big wrench fixed that..
