my son's neon is rubbing tires
My son is on his way from Arkansa to montana and just bought new tires . 300 miles into the trip he had to stop and rotate tires , because the new ones were rubbed almost worthless. He has tried several things and is struggling to get through another set . No extra cash . What can he he do himself to eliminate or lessen the wear . They are rubbing the shocks , he thinks.

Not sure why your posting this on a fourm dedicated to 82-92 gm camaro/firebird?
Sounds to me the car has the wrong size tires and maybe wrong wheels.
