drop spindles

i recently read an article where this guy had a 91/92 Z with suspension techniques drop spindles on his car.

it doesnt specify which springs he used but nevertheless his car looks sweet and has a beautiful stance - 2 1/4 drop
mind you he has 18" rims on his car

has anyone put drop spindles in their car, what springs did you use?
is it possible to put coilover struts with them too?

any thoughts, suggestions, opinions, etc. would be most appreciated

thanks
kyle

Hey, kyle. I have Belltech's drop spindles on my car, with new stock springs. I havent seen anyone else make a drop spindle for our car, but I could be wrong. I also run a 255/50/16 tire, which is 26.1 inches tall. So the overall drop is 2 inches, and I really cannot imagine going any lower without some serious problems. This is all assuming that your car is a daily driver, and not a show queen.

I am sorry i cannot answer your question concering the coil over strut change over.

thank you

hey thanks for replying

i asked about the coilovers because in theory that would help any problems with ground clearance and what not since the coilovers adjustable.

also, as you can see in my sig, i have eibach springs
would these springs totally drop my car if i put the drop spindles in?

again thanks

kyle
