For anyone running 17x11 and 17x9.5 on an IROC

I want to put 17x11 ZR1 rims on the back and 17x9.5 ZR1 rims on the front of my car. I will be using 315/35/17 for the back and 245/45/17 for the front. I will also be using these spacers www.skulte.com/adapters.html Is there any kind of clearance problems i need to worry about or any problems for that matter?? How much can i lower my car after i do this? Any help is apprecitaed

Mark,
I can tell you a few things.
With 6" of backspacing the 17x11's will fit with a little hammer to the inner wheel well in back.
Then you only have to worry about hard dips in the road causing some upper wheel well rub since the tire actually protrudes from the opening. Lowering is not recommended at this point.

Not sure about the fronts though.
I can tell you if you are gonna run those 9.5" rims you need at least a 255/40/17.
9.5" rims are meant to be run with 275mm tires from the factory.

I have 315/35/17s in the rear and 17x8" in front with 235/45/17s.

You'll love the finished product.

This may be of some interest to you also. You may have to cut and paste it to get it to work.
