Baer brake pads
With a bit of luck i will be picking up some their track setup. It is used so i would like to put new pads in. Do i have to go directly through Baer for pads or can a get them elsewhere?
Has anyone sucessfully put the track system (13") rotors on 89 WS6 rims? If not then i guess its time for some 17" rims

Omega,
Exciting times for you then.Ive got that system on my 85 Transam and the whhels just interfered with the calipers.Maybe your might just fit.I could have made mine fit by grinding a bit of the caliper away but i didnt want to risk it.If you are buying new rims then go for 18"s as they look so much better.Whichever way you go you wont be dissappointed with Baer.
As far as pads go,they are available direct from Performane friction ,no problem. They even sent them over to the UK for me.
If you want any more ifo, then email me direct.
cheers

A brit with a TA.. brave man. Those country roads must be fun... until you have to move over for oncoming cars.
I don't mind grinding a little off the caliper for clearance. I wouldn't go for 18" rims for the roads in New Jersey are hell on my alignment as is.
Thanks for the info!
