Greetings from cold Beantown:
I bought Moog 5665 coil springs from Rock Auto and I am just realizing I somehow screwed up.
I got an 1988 RS with a 2.8 engine and for some reason I thought I was ordering the correct springs.
I just took the original spring out and I'm finding out the ID of the original springs are both the same but the on one end
of the new spring it is much smaller.
Can someone please give me some input on this. I thought I did my research correctly but I guess it is a screw up. What Moog spring do I get?

5665 Are For The Rear.

 

I put new rear springs on exactly a year ago but I can't recall what number. I'll look it up for the hell of it but what do I get for the front.
I'm honestly afraid to buy something else this is such a stupid screw up on my part.
Glad I went to law school....I'd hate to think how bad the screw ups would be without that education.....
