Stearing wheel shudders when slowing down

Alittle while back i made a post stating that when i braked my stearing wheel would wabble. I assumed my rotors were warped but still havent had em checked. Anyway, i've noticed now that when i slow down WITHOUT applying any breaks, the stearing wheel shudders crappy. I'm not a suspension expert and i looked thru the posts but didnt really see anything addressing this problem. I'm sure someone knows what i'm talking about here so any help is welcomed.

... if the wheel shudders when slowing down and no brakes applied, yes, it does sound like steering/suspension.

Raise the front of the car and start with checking the wheel bearings, then the tie rod ends, the end links, the drag link and then the play out of the steering box.
