Tokico or aftermarket shocks/struts

My Z need struts and shocks bad, i was reading car craft and they put tokico ones on there firebird. Are they good for street/drag/autocross, how much aprox. are they, and is there a brand cheaper or better.
Thanx

dont know much about these things for camaros but with what I drive here if you run high spring rates like I plan on running 375/225 ( I know light for you guys) the tokico will not be able to handle it and you car will have that bounce feel too it b/c the shocks are too weak.

I am going to get the KYB AGX since I can make them a little stiffer and that should handle my stiff spring rate.

but as for what kind of spring you get also is going to be based off what you do, what you have for susp, what spring rates you or want to get, is your car lowerd or going to be, stuff like that.

what all do you have planned so far to do with your susp?do you have stock springs or not?
