1LE setup vs Baer

eventially I would like to upgrade my stock single piston calipers with a better performing 2 piston setup. Which is the better way to go, 1LE or Baer system, and why?

cost is the difference.

You could scrounge and find a 1LE brake setup for about 6 - 800 bucks. The Baer is about 1200. Both are a dual piston caliper with 12 " rotors. And SSBC sells their kit for 1200 bucks and the spindles are included, with Baer there is a core charge.
