88 steering shaft
I'm currently rebuilding my 88 Firebird, the whole left front has been removed and whilst I'm there I've noticed that the bearing at the bulkhead for the steering has play. What is the name of this bearing ? So I can get a replacement ? My manual has no info on this 🤦🏼♂️

Re: 88 steering shaft
Are you referring to the steering column?
My service manual calls them:
Tilt column, std. trans: Bearing, W/adapt Lwr Brg (No. 70)
Standard column, std. trans: Bearing, Adapter (No. 44)
Sorry, there's no part numbers.
You might want to contact a company like these folks https://www.steeringcolumnservices.com/
